About the event

This will be a leisurely walk, visiting the Castle grounds, where you will see the Pleasure Gardens designed by the Borough Surveyor and Architect of the time, Henry Peak. You'll also see the home of Lewis Carroll, Holy Trinity Church - scene of the Guy Riots - and the main streets of the town centre, to view the important Victorian buildings which still remain.
